Refund Policy
How refunds for ranking listings work.

1. General rule
Funds for a published listing are non-refundable. A drop in position caused by other participants' payments is not grounds for compensation.
2. When a refund is possible
If the listing was rejected in moderation or wasn't published due to the Operator's error, the payment is refunded in full and the listing is removed from the ranking.
3. How to request
Contact support with the payment identifier. Refunds are made through the payment provider (Payme/Click); timing depends on the provider.
4. After a refund
The payment is marked as refunded and the amount is subtracted from the brand's bid; at zero the brand leaves the ranking.
