Public offer
The public offer for placing a listing (brand) on the WHATSIN platform. Making a payment is a full and unconditional acceptance of these terms.

1. The service
The Operator provides the advertiser with a listing placement service in an open ranking. The position is defined by the total amount paid: the larger the amount, the higher the spot. Ranking leaders are also shown in the Telegram bot.
2. Not an auction
The platform is not a sale by bidding, an auction, a lottery or gambling: there is no prize, risk or chance; the outcome of a payment is known in advance and depends only on the amount. Paid funds don't disappear — if others pay more, the listing only moves down.
3. Who can list
Listings are placed by persons authorised to act on behalf of the brand or product. The advertiser is fully responsible for rights to the materials, accuracy of the data and legality of the activity behind the link.
4. Prohibited listings
Gambling, lotteries, alcohol and tobacco, unlicensed financial and medical services, financial pyramids, adult content, weapons, forged documents and any activity contrary to the law are prohibited. Such a listing is removed without notice; the payment isn't refunded.
5. Warranties
The Operator doesn't guarantee a specific position, keeping a position for any period, clicks or commercial results. The platform is provided “as is”; the Operator may change pricing, design and mechanics.
6. Payment
Payments via Payme or Click, in UZS. Funds for a published listing are non-refundable, except when the listing is rejected in moderation (full refund). A chargeback attempt leads to removal of the listing.
